With hearts full of joy and anticipation, we invite you to step into the enchanting realm of our Freya Faery AphroditeTemple. If you’ve been waiting to immerse yourself in the velvety, fertile waters of love, magic, and divine connection, it may be Freya herself calling you to this sacred experience.

Our Temples are portals to healing and an initiation into Aphrodisiacal Culture. Within their embrace, we work to cultivate a living embodied culture that honours the interconnection of all life and awakens Self Love and Immanence. Guided by the Living Love Revolution Sanctuary vision of our Creatrix & High Priestess Reverend Teri D. Ciacchi, who dreamed this into being over 30 years ago, we foster a community rooted in consent, reciprocity, and compassionate communication—building the foundation for profound personal and collective transformation.

We are very excited to be offering this temple – while we have been holding advanced temples, we have not done an introductory temple since 2023 and we have never held a temple to honor Freya before! Introductory temples offer a gateway to attending our advanced temples and becoming a part of our Erotes community.

The Theme: Freya Faery Temple

Step into the mysteries of Freya, the Norse goddess of love, beauty, fertility, and magic. Freya is in many ways the Norse archetype most equivalent to the LLRS patron Goddess Aphrodite. We ask Freya to aid us in envisioning, shaping and declaring our desires. We request her help to meet the wholeness of who we truly are. Her magic opens the way through her abilities to shapeshift, perceive and change the future. 

Freya is beautiful and unapologetically lustful, having affairs with Gods, mortals, dwarves and other mythical beings. As a member of the Vanir, a divine race closely tied to the Fae and the natural world, she invites us into the enchantment of nature, abundance, and ecstatic freedom. To walk with Freya and the Fae is to dance in the wild magic of existence, to open ourselves to transformation, and to celebrate the exquisite beauty of being alive.

The Sacred Space We Create

In the Freya Faery Temple, we co-create a temporary autonomous zone—a liminal space where the ordinary mundane reality dissolves, and magic reigns. Here, we nurture a community of individuals dedicated to becoming vessels of Transpersonal Love. In a world fractured by isolation and disconnection, this is a revolutionary act.

In this sacred set and setting, everyone is present and aware of their interconnection. We encourage and role model thinking well about each other; offering love and care to each other and to the animate more-than-human beings that surround us in our lived environments. We do this in a manner that also allows each of us to maintain our individuality, autonomy, and authenticity. The Freya Faery Temple celebrates our beauty and encourages us to dance and play. Together we celebrate our exquisite nature of “BEING”. We create a “safer/braver space” where we embrace love as a central ethic. We lean into each other, holding each individual as a note in a resonant song of relaxation and belonging.

Each soul is free to shine authentically while contributing to the collective energy of kindness, compassion, and care. Together, we celebrate the liberating power of Freya’s magic and the enchantment of the Fae, weaving a tapestry of connection and joy.

Attending Temple

If you feel called to attend, the first step is to fill out this registration form and put down a $100 deposit.

If this is your first temple – we are excited to get to know you. To encourage a safe and resonant container for all, we require a screening interview with two members of the admin team. This interview is designed to assess your comfort level with our queer centric, sex- positive, pagan poly- normative ritual programming.

The admin team will describe the event in greater detail and create space for you to ask your own questions. The screening call will take approximately 40-60 minutes. After the call, the team will provide a written email response within two days.

If it is found that we are not ready to invite you to this temple event, feedback will be provided. In some cases, we may invite you to consider other LLRS offerings that would provide a path to attending an Aphrodite Temple in the future. If it turns out that the Temple is not right for you at this time, and this $100 donation is not a hardship, we hope that you will be able to consider it as a donation towards our work.

If all parties arrive at an enthusiastic “YES!!”, we will provide you with the links to complete your donation and secure your spot at Temple.

If you’re a recently returning Acolyte – meaning you have attended an Aphrodite Temple, retreat, or LLRS class in the last five years, you may not need a screening call. Complete the application form and pay the $100 deposit.

If you’re a returning Devotee – meaning you have attended an Aphrodite Temple, retreat, or LLRS class before 2020, you may need a screening call because a lot of changes have occurred in the last 5 years. Please complete the application form and pay the $100 deposit.

Donations / Tuition to Temple

This temple, we are trying a new system to provide access to our exquisite and unique programming with flexible options for those who have their own accommodations or would like to provide their own food. As always, work trade and payment plans are available! Donation/tuition tiers are as follows:

Hummingbird: $349
Covers programming only. Participant is responsible for all their food and lodging.

Bee: $399
Covers programming and shared sleeping accommodations (twin or shared queen mattress, shared bath). Participant responsible for their food.

Mycelium: $499
Covers programming and 6 lovingly made, nutritious meals. Participant responsible for their lodging.

Stardust: $555
Covers programming, 6 meals, and shared sleeping accommodations (twin or shared queen mattress, shared bath).

Earthstar: $666 (1 available)
Covers programming, 6 meals, and a semi-private sleeping area (twin mattress, shared bath).

Shooting Star: $777 (1 available; sleeps two)
Covers programming, 6 meals, and a private room (queen bed, shared bath). If you bring a second person, we can negotiate their tuition at a reduced rate. 

Shooting Star Plus: $888 (1 available; sleeps up to 3): 
Bring your polycule! Covers programming, 6 meals, and a private suite (king bed, private full bathroom with huge shower, private balcony, and painted psychedelic blacklight ceiling). Tuition negotiable if you bring two or three people.

Some things to consider when making your choice:

If you are bringing your own food:

• Coffee, tea, and snacks will be available to all.
• Food must be already prepared or purchased/obtained during meal breaks. The retreat center’s kitchen and refrigerator will not be available to store your food. (You can bring a cooler and outdoor cookstove of your own if you choose).

If you are providing your own accommodations:

• It is advised to be located in or around Portland, OR. The retreat center is located in the SW hills of Portland near Cedar Mills (it takes approximately 40 minutes to travel from East Portland to the center).
• Please allocate enough travel time. We expect you to arrive on time in a manner that does not interrupt our programming timeline.
